1. Aluminum alloy 6061-T6/6063-T5 high quality scaffolds with adjustable 8" jet wheel and H type frames.
8” PP wheels can burden weight up to 500kgs each which offer incredible security for the whole tower. The Jet wheels with a big screw can be adjusted by hand, maximum up to 50cm on height to suit the uneven floor. The brake can be easily stepped to fix the position and hold stability.
H type frames made of 6061-T6/6063-T5 are strong and durable, with triangle enforcement on corners which provides extra support for the whole frame to endure possible crashing during transport. Non-slippery rungs with engraved profiles offer extra safety for climbing.

√ All frames can be easily set up with male/ female horns with security locking system,
√ Height is customerized with plywood platform and toe board for easy use.
√ Plain platform and trapdoor platform together can offer double width size of tower for more stable system. Each platform has big aluminum profiling hook and self locking system to secure the safety. Safe working weight for platfrom is up to 250Kgs/m².
√ Toe board to be put on top of platform to avoid possible falling down of tiny tools and stuff. Toe board is fold-able for easily handling and occupies less space
√ Stabilizers with big aluminum clamp to stick to H-type frame provide extra stability and security to the whole tower system. Butterfly-shape screw can be conveniently and easily maneuvered
√ No tools are required during erection or dismantling and can be easily handled by one or two persons.
1.I've lost a component of my tower. Can I purchase replacement parts?
Yes you can. We keep a number of spare parts in stock. These aren’t available through the website so just give us a call or leave messages on our website.
2.Can more than one person work on the platform?
Max. 2 persons can work on this tower at a time. The tower has a max weight rating of 250kg
3.Whether the logo of my own can be shown on products.
Yes, we offer OEM and your own logo can be shown on clamp of brace and other parts, on condition the quantity is up to 3*40’HQ containers each order.
4. What kind of aluminum does TICAR aluminum scaffold tower use ?
As a rule, we use 6061-T6/6063-T5 aluminum tubing. 6061 is the class number of aluminum, and T6 is the strongest form of 6061.
